We have a track record in dealing with complex sites, addressing many of the legal, planning and technical issues associated with any land acquisition. Most acquisitions will be undertaken by way of a contract subject to obtaining planning permission for our proposed development, however in exceptional circumstances we will consider unconditional acquisitions.

- 0.50 acres to 2 acre sites
- Established residential locations
- Minimum of 40 beds
- Existing care homes
- Main road frontage preferred
- Proximity to residential with good demographics
- Day Nurseries
- 0.7 acres to 1 acre sites
- Prominent and easily accessible
- Proximity to residential area with good demographics
- Neighbouring offices, mixed retail and leisure an advantage
- 8,000 to 12, 000sq.ft plus extensive outdoor areas and car parking
